Entry Deadline - The entry deadline is Friday, February 23, 2007. Late entries will be accepted on a first come basis until March 7, 2007. No entries will be accepted after March 7, 2007. A Late fee will be applied to any entries entered on RegattaCentral after February 23, 2007. Entries will only be accepted into events where an extra boat will not change the progression system.

Clubs needing to make line-up changes after submitting the original online entry form, must submit changes in writing. Please remember, once a line-up has been submitted, a club may substitute up to 50% of the crew. We can accept changes on site.

Waiver Forms - For ease of administration, we ask that a USRowing Waiver be submitted for every rower. We have included a waiver in this packet and you may also follow the waiver link on RegattaCentral (www.regattacentral.com). You may mail or hand-deliver the waivers on by race day, but we must have them in our possession before any boats race.

Teams who donate the use of their launch can deduct $50 from their total regatta fees. Your club will be refunded via check on the day of the regatta.
Fees are non-refundable after Friday, February 23, 2006. A $600 fee cap per team will apply to entry fees paid by Friday, February 23, 2006. An $800 fee cap per team will apply to entry fees paid after Friday, February 23, 2006 but before March 7, 2006. Please make checks payable to SERCS.

Scratch Fee - Entry Fees will be refunded if the scratches are made before February 23, 2007. Those scratching after this time will forfeit their entry fees. Those boats scratching after March 7, 2007 will forfeit their entry fees as well as pay a $25 scratch fee to be paid prior to competition in subsequent races. This fee is not subject to fee caps.

Entry Confirmation - The team contact will be e-mailed a confirmation with an updated schedule of events. Those contacts without an e-mail address will be mailed or faxed the information. Lane draws will be available on-site, Friday, March 9, 2007 by 5pm.

Medals - Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded regardless of the number of entries in the event.

This regatta is not registered with USRowing. Instead, it either carries insurance through its own provider or is not insured. For this reason, the annual online waiver is not eligible for this regatta. Instead, a printed, signed copy of the waiver must be submitted by each competitor.
