A Little More About Her...
After graduating from UGA in 2004 with a degree in Sports Studies (concentration in Sports Leadership), I married my best friend and former teammate, Kris Alderman. In 2005 we welcomed our daughter Lily into the world; she is also the very first official "Georgia Crew Dawg Baby!" Most of my coaching experience is drawn from personal athletic experience (rowing, swimming, and running) and past coaches. I also learned a lot about leadership and exercise science while earning my degree at UGA. Ever since I began rowing at the age of 14, I knew that I would one day be a coach. My ultimate dream is to start a team in an urban area that allows kids from all socio-economic backgrounds to experience and enjoy the sport of rowing.
